Swift's upper management team is dedicated to our HSE Management System and the growth of our safety culture. Our goal is to prevent occupational accidents, injuries and illnesses, and to ensure at all times, throughout every phase of the job operation, the health and safety of our employees. In order to remain in compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as with client standards, Swift's dedicated HSE team offers the following services:
- Computer-based training courses for all employees via Swift's Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compliance and grade "A" status with all clients through our vendor management systems: ISNetworld, PICS, and PEC Premier
- Ensure newly-hired contractors have their required training and PPE in accordance with client guidelines
- Ensure contractors follow all client policies and procedures and enforce stop work authority
New Employee Orientation
Swift provides all internal and contract employees with a New Employee Safety Orientation. The orientation covers an overview of Swift, our values, expectations, and our HSE Management System. Swift Learning Management System
 Swift's current Learning Management System (LMS) provider is SumTotal, which facilitates access to over 400 development and safety compliance Computer Based Training (CBT) courses for all our employees.
