Our Payroll Team is dedicated to a high level of quality, efficiency, and responsiveness. Each one of our contractors has a designated payroll coordinator. The coordinators make it a point to establish a relationship with our contractors to streamline the payroll process. Our coordinators are always available to take care of any questions or concerns. A positive emphasis on payroll services is essential; therefore, we focus our efforts on the following three key areas:

• No disruptions in pay - Swift ensures an accurate and flexible payroll service. A payroll team is dedicated to support the client as well as ensuring all contractors see a high level of service and support.
• Flexible payroll schedule - Swift offers weekly, biweekly, and monthly services with a corresponding timesheet and payroll calendar.
• Established third party payroll partner - Swift utilizes a third party payroll system, which helps ensure contractors are paid on time and accurately every time. In addition, contractors are set up with an online account allowing access to their payroll information.
