January 2012	Swift's UK office recently passed an audit by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). This award verifies that Swift's current recruitment policies and procedures are in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act, The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the REC Code of Professional Practice. Gaining this award acknowledges the dedication and professionalism that our staff delivers and ensures these stringent standards of compliance are met on a daily basis. In attaining this award, Swift Technical Group is a credit to the REC and the reputation of the industry.
December 2011	Swift's Russia office was given a Project Appreciation Certificate by McDermott, who was in need of a local partner to support them with the full recruitment process. Swift provided full support, effort, and commitment on payroll, employment, and logistics in accordance with Russian labor and immigration codes. Before the actual start date, Swift passed a lengthy registration process with McDermott Singapore System, provided all necessary supplier approval documentation, negotiated a commercial proposal that was agreed by both parties, and completed the Ethics and Compliance Seminar/Training with McDermott employees. This took place in the Swift office and concluded with a contract to start working.
June 2011	Swift's UK office has successfully passed the external ISO 9001: 2008 audit for 2011. QMS International plc, an independent certification board, first awarded Swift's UK office with the ISO 9001 Certificate in 2001 and have continued to assess Swift's systems and procedures on an annual basis. This demonstrates our commitment to exceptional quality of service and makes a positive statement about Swift's policy towards quality and the importance we place on meeting our customers' needs.
June 2011	Swift Worldwide Resources is committed to providing a first class service to its customers around the globe. To help measure our customer satisfaction, we engage the services of BenchmarkQ, who conduct independent surveys to our clients and contractors on our behalf. The feedback is an extremely valuable source of management information that is used to meet the expectations of our customers and we are tremendously proud to have received gold awards for the past three consecutive years.
April 2011	Swift Worldwide Resources was recognized by BP as a top performing supplier for our contributions on the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Response. Swift provided comprehensive services in crisis and emergency response management and at the peak of the project, Swift mobilized over 1,800 contractors.
June 2001	Swift Worldwide Resources received the ISO 9001 certification in 2001.
