Recruitment Process

At Swift Worldwide Resources, we take pride in the attention our recruitment consultants give to our contractors and candidates. Your recruiter will be there to take care of you every step of the way whether it's during the recruitment process, onboarding, or once you become a Swift Worldwide Resources contractor.

Step 1: Apply directly to a vacancy found on www.swiftworldwideresources.com or register your resume and contact details.

Step 2: Discuss position with Swift Recruitment Consultant.

Step 3: Recruitment Consultant will submit your resume to the Swift WWR Account Manager.

Step 4: Swift WWR Account Manager will submit your resume to the client company.

Step 5: Interview with Hiring Manager at the client company.

Step 6: Receive job offer and discuss/arrange final details with your Recruitment Consultant.
