Norman has been responsible for running of the Azerbaijan office for the past 10 years, which supports one of the world's biggest projects onshore and offshore. He has been with Swift for 26 years and has worked in a number of positions all around the world during that time. Norman has an electrical engineering background predominately in the oil and gas sector, which is of great advantage to him dealing with such projects and their management teams. Norman was previously a Project Manager and a Commissioning Manager, which gave him valuable knowledge for HSE and Strategic Planning, which assists greatly when recruiting for specific projects.

Sam has worked in recruitment for 10 years and with Swift Worldwide Resources for the past 6 years. He has unique experience in managing recruitment and sales teams, specifically staffing major capital projects. Sam headed up the Incident Response Team that placed 1,500 contractors across 4 states in 3 months. In the last 4 years, Sam has focused on conducting recruitment drives and building a sales force across North America to provide our clients with all their manpower needs. His focus is now leading the Global Sales & Marketing Team where he is implementing his successful sales tactics around the world and overseeing Swift's major accounts. |

Lisa is responsible for the effective management of global operations which includes HR, IT, Quality, Contracts and Logistics across 20 offices. Lisa holds 18 years of experience with Swift, predominantly focused on operational roles. During her career she has been integral to the process development and contracts management side of the business. Along with her global team, Lisa is committed to enhancing service delivery and ensuring consistent, sustainable results across the organization. |

Tim is responsible for a number of projects at Swift that take him to various parts of the Swift organization. Chief amongst these is the implementation of a new enterprise-wide operating system and the management of Swift's Executive Search Division – Hunter Pierce Associates. Previously Tim enjoyed over 23 years experience in the recruitment industry. Highlights include running his own Search Practice, being a Founder Director of EPCglobal (now Talascend), and several other executive roles with major international recruitment organizations.

Andy is the regional Managing Director for the Far East region which includes Swift's offices in Brisbane, Perth, Singapore, Chengdu, Qingdao, and Korea as well as looking after our affiliate operations in Thailand, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Malaysia. Andy joined Swift in 2006 and has worked in several locations around the globe prior to arriving in the Far East in 2009. This diversity has given him a broad and in-depth knowledge of the oil & gas industry and the varying manpower demands of the different regions and projects. His extensive experience in business development and operational start ups has resulted in a solid management and office structure throughout the Australia & Asia Pacific region. With more and more investment coming into the region for oil and gas projects, the demand for quality personnel is also on the increase; therefore, Andy and his teams are rising to meet these new challenges and continue to go from strength to strength. |

Larisa Katunina is the Managing Director of the Confederation of Independent States (CIS). Larisa started her career with Swift in 2001 and nowadays she is responsible for RF Operations as well as successfully managing the Swift offices in Moscow, Sakhalin, Khabarovsk and Murmansk. Larisa's core competencies include the following: operations management, business development, finance, and business relations. |

James is responsible for the management of Swift's operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), which includes Swift's offices in London, Baku, Luanda, and Lagos. James joined Swift in 2000 and has held various positions with the company over the past 11 years, predominantly in sales and business development related roles. These have in turn helped him develop a comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and its mechanics directly related to technical and engineering fields in the oil and gas arena. During his career, James has led a number of key tender initiatives that have resulted in the award of global manpower supply contracts with a number of oil and gas majors. EMEA contains a number of the world's largest hydrocarbon projects currently in development and Swift's continued strong financial performances in this area illustrate the importance of our local infrastructure and commitment to providing a quality service to all of our clients and contractors. |

Chris is responsible for Swift's business operations in North America and is based in Houston, Texas. He has been with the company for 10 years and his experience is in contracts management, service delivery and business systems and processes. During his career with Swift he has worked with clients and projects in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Venezuela and Angola. However, in the past 6 years he has overseen the company's investment and expansion in North America. This has included expanding the Houston operations, implementing global contracts within the region, diversifying the business into new oil and gas market sectors, and opening regional service centers in New Orleans, Whiting, Anchorage, Midland, and Calgary. North America is one of Swift's strongest growing regions and continues to deliver year-on-year business growth results, through an underlying principle of providing a safety focused, high quality service to clients and contract consultants.

Damir is a Managing Director for Swift in the South American Region, which has a head office in Rio de Janeiro as well as an office in Buenos Aires. Damir is responsible for managing Swift's operations in Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, and Trinidad & Tobago. Damir graduated with Masters Honors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from Manchester University – UK. His excellent communication skills and ability to fluently speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and Croatian languages have materialized in building a strong business network in South America. His engineering expertise is also of great advantage when dealing with senior management of large capital expenditure projects in the oil and gas industry. Damir held various senior positions within Swift over the past 8 years, dedicating major efforts in establishing and developing Swift's operations in Brazil and Argentina. His background and experience in business & financial management as well as business development, sales and technical recruitment were crucial for successfully achieving all key performance indictors while supporting large capital investment projects in South America. | | | | |
