James has been on the board of Swift since 2007 and became Chairman in March of 2011. He has over 15 years of experience in private equity and is a Partner at Gresham Private Equity, a leading UK based firm. James is a law graduate from the University of Aberdeen and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Previous experience includes several years on the board of Three, the international IT recruitment firm, where he project managed the IPO in 2005. Apart from Swift his current board positions include 7city Learning, Esterform Packaging, and the West Cornwall Pasty Company.

Although he is based in Houston, Tobias is a frequent visitor to Swift's customers and operations in all of our global locations. Prior to working with Swift he was CEO of Talascend, a successful global engineering recruitment agency based out of the UK and USA. He is an engineer by background first moving into management consultancy before completing an MBA at London Business School. He has extensive executive experience working with private equity investors in turnaround and high growth situations and has been involved in 4 successful prior exits, 2 as CEO. James Dymott is the Global CFO of the business and joined the organization in May 2011. He has an Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
